The administrative part of my job provides some of the most rewarding experiences and opportunities of my vocation, and through it I get to be involved in the work of theological education in such a unique environment as the Washington area. Many of the people and organizations who find themselves drawn to our city make up a brilliant, diverse, and energetic community of faith, one that  constantly encourages and challenges me in my spiritual formation.
